Q.What do I need to do to prepare for delivery?
A.We ask that the surface/area we will be setting up at is clean of sticks, debris, poo, etc. Please give us a wide path to get our dolly back to whatever location we will be going to. No stairs or awkwardly steep hills please! This will help keep our delivery as smooth as possible. Plan on hearing from us the day before or the morning of for more consistent delivery times.
Q.Is delivery and setup included in the price?
A.Yes! We only deliver within Wilson County and Hermitage areas. We plan on expanded in the future.
Q.What about electricity?
A.Each inflatable needs to be ran to a receptacle within 50 feet. Running a longer extension cord would be against our safety rules and could cause our blowers to turn off suddenly.
Q.What is your weather policy?
A.Please see our cancellation policy and liability waiver for more details at checkout. We do not set up when a chance of rain is more than 40% and/or wind speeds of more than 15 mph. In the event of scattered rain we will not cancel but may advise to unplug/cover blower until rain has passed. All information will be provided at checkout and upon delivery as needed.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.Grass is our number one suggested surface but we can also provide service on concrete/asphalt and dry inflatable set up on dirt. Wet inflatables on dirt would become a mess unfortunately. We do not set up on gravel as this would potentially damage our inflatables.
Q.What do I need to provide Water Inflatable rentals?
A.Please provide a water faucet and hose within the location of your rental. We will provide the sprinkler system to be attached to the inflatable but we will need to attach to your water system.
Q.How far do your stakes go into the ground?
A.Good question, we have provided more information in our mandatory Liability Waiver. To summarize, we ask that the client provide us verbally or with flags/markings of some kind at delivery any underground utilities we will be encroaching upon so as to not cause any damage. It is best to have us set up far away from these areas if at all possible. If you have any questions on this subject feel free to email, text or call us at any time.
Q.Can I rent for more than 5 hours at a time?
A.Yes! We offer an add-on in our inventory list for a full day rental or even a whole weekend rental! Keep a lookout during the summer for special discounts on weekday rentals as well!
